Gem City Grand Bus System

There has been a free bus in Laramie for almost a year now thanks to the ACTA Gem City Grand bus. It has operated as a pilot program since August, but the Albany County Transportation Authority has now given it the green light to continue.

The Albany County Transit Authority (ACTA) is one step closer to becoming a reality. The Albany County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution for the ACTA in a special meeting on Tuesday.
