The University of Wyoming Police Department will lead active shooter response training on the UW campus early next week.

About 10 tornadoes occur in Wyoming each year. Historically, two or three will cause some type of property damage.

The setback comes a week after Ward Petroleum held a meeting to hear public comment from residents in the affected neighborhood.
