A release from the Laramie Police Department says officers responded to a domestic dispute call around midnight on Dec. 4 at Ivinson Memorial Hospital.

A domestic disturbance near Miller Elementary School prompted officials to lockdown the school this (Monday) morning.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of North 18th Street at 7:45 a.m. for a report of a physical domestic dispute.

According to the affidavit, a female reported Vasquez strangled her after an argument and ran out the back door.
