Nathaniel Jeffrey Kennaday will serve two years of supervised probation. Albany County District Judge Tori Kricken also ordered Kennaday to complete a level 1.0 outpatient drug treatment program.

The defendants are from Cheyenne and Sheridan.

The deputy allegedly found two large rocks and white powder in plastic baggies inside of a fast-food cup, along with a folding mirror with white powder residue on it.

The deputy who stopped Kennaday reportedly found the weight of the cocaine to be 45 grams, or just less than 1.6 ounces.

Korman argued against imprisonment, saying it would cost Wyoming taxpayers $160 each day to keep Zuniga-Acosta in prison.

That guilty plea may result in Zuniga-Acosta's detention, deportation, exclusion from the United States or denial of immigration benefits such as naturalization, as he is a foreign national.

Troopers also allegedly found seven cell phones and $2,250 in cash inside the Honda Civic.

The deputy approached the vehicle and reportedly smelled marijuana coming from inside.

Taylor Doroha was sentenced for a felony drug possession.
