The court said Monday that the homeowners cannot proceed with efforts to decontaminate their own property.

The EPA says Kinder Morgan and Dow Chemical Company/Dowell Schlumberger, Inc., helped clean up the pollution from their facilities.

American Petroleum Institute spokesman Reid Porter said the industry group was reviewing the report and had no immediate comment.

Mayor Marian Orr says cleanup will probably continue for three to four more weeks.
