Attention beer connoisseurs! A brewery over in northern Colorado decided to rebrand and given their new name, it couldn't be more fitting for their business model.
It's one thing to have the best brewery in the state. It's also another thing to have that be a spot that you can camp at. Who wouldn't want to go to that spot? As it turns out, you can go to the best brewery in Wyoming while also going to that particular spot to set up camp...literally. And who picked it as the best brewery in the state, none other than the reviewers of Yelp!
In our region of the state, we definitely have access to plenty of solid breweries that are well known, not just in southeast Wyoming, but across the state. However, none of our local breweries are a spot where you can camp at overnight. While that concept might sound a little farfetched, there is actually a brewery that exists in the Cowboy State where you can do just that.
The University of Wyoming announced this week it's decision to allow beer and wine sales at football and basketball games, and we hope they choose some local beers!
It's no secret that Laramie has two microbreweries that any town would be proud to have. The brewer at Altitude Chophouse and Brewery won three medals at the 2012 North American Beer Awards and while brews from the Library Sports Grille and Brewery routinely bring home awards from the Saratoga Steinley Cup.
When you're choosing a Laramie brew, where do you prefer it come from?
One of the most anticipated events of the calendar year is returning to Laramie... and soon!
