Kreighton Kilgore grew up in Jackson, and he's had a long history with local law enforcement with petty crimes such as shoplifting.

The local sheriff's office received the report of the threat at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday.

The Wyoming Office of Homeland Security hopes local authorities will determine whether threats are credible and what actions to take.
