The search for missing Montana teen Selena Not Afraid came to a tragic end Monday morning after her body was found near the rest area where she was last seen.

Underwood’s court file is sealed due to the sexual assault allegations.

The suspect's name is being withheld pending formal charges.

DCI agents are following up with law enforcement in Laramie County.

The death is being investigated as a homicide, and is being handled by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

Ritthaler was last seen shortly after 12:30 p.m. Thursday getting into a dark-colored vehicle at the Coffee Cup in Moorcroft.

Foul play is not suspected in the death.

An autopsy has been scheduled.

He had been spending the summer with an uncle and was staying in a rental house near the Snake River.

The coroner's office is investigating the death, but was unable to provide additional details Wednesday morning.
