The Wyoming Supreme Court disbarred former Albany County Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney Richard Bohling, who was convicted on four felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count of official misconduct.

The order says if Vang failed to appear, a bench warrant would be issued for his arrest. Vang didn’t show up, and Healy issued the warrant April 8.
