A Laramie man awaiting trial in the Albany County Detention Center for domestic battery and strangulation charges pleaded guilty to property destruction in Albany County District Court yesterday.
Albany County Circuit Court Judge Robert Castor ruled that there was sufficient evidence to send Trevor Sanford, 30, who is charged with second-degree murder, to District Court to stand trial.
Jesse Lee Mitros was sentenced one year in the Albany County Detention Center with credit for time served, after which she will serve three years of supervised probation.
According to the affidavit, Curby was arrested after a Laramie Police officer responded to a physical violence complaint at a residence in Albany County. When the officer arrived at the residence, he noticed the victim had bruises on both her arms and was bleeding from her nose and mouth.
The deputy asked Shill to exit his vehicle and a pat down was conducted by another deputy, which turned up a clear glass pipe with suspected methamphetamine residue on it, according to the affidavit.
