The American Civil Liberties Union of Wyoming released a statement on Tuesday, saying that Governor Gordon signed into law legislation that would "ban abortion entirely in Wyoming," if the U.S. Supreme Court decides to overturn Roe v. Wade.
The Justice Department is suing Texas over a new state law that bans most abortions, arguing that it was enacted “in open defiance of the Constitution.”

A Texas law that bans most abortions has providers and advocates preparing for an increasing number of women traveling to other states to end their pregnancies.
The Texas law, which was signed by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott in May and took effect at midnight, would prohibit abortions once a fetal heartbeat can be detected, usually around six weeks and before most women even know they’re pregnant.
