Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon on Wednesday outlined budget cuts of roughly ten percent as the state continues to grapple with decreased revenues brought about by low energy prices and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The cuts include roughly $90 million from the Wyoming Department of Health, as well as cuts in a variety of other state agencies and programs. That includes roughly $43 million being cut from the University of Wyoming budget.
