Scaramie Trick-or-Treat 2015

The Downtown Laramie Business Alliance (DLBA) has scheduled their annual safe trick-or-treat for children. The event is also known as Scaramie.

The trick-or-treat is scheduled for Saturday, October 31 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. There are nearly 100 businesses participating the event this year.

The Women of the Moose will also be participating, and hosting a carnival starting at 9 a.m., during which they will hand out treat bags and offer some refreshments
