The Northern Colorado Drug Task Force arrested six people in connection with an alleged drug trafficking ring on Wednesday.

That's according to a post on the Larimer County Sheriff's Department Facebook page.

The post says the following people were arrested in the drug investigation, which the task force calls ''Operation La Familia":

''Anna Michelle Giron (10/27/1976) of Fort Collins was arrested for warrants: Special Offender Controlled Substance, 6 counts Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substance, Colorado Organized Crime Control Act (COCCA), Money Laundering, and Habitual Criminal. Bond is $150,000.

Kimberly Martinez (03/09/1977) of Fort Collins was arrested for warrants: Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substance and Habitual Criminal. Bond is $3,500.

Shawn Palato (08/06/1982) of Fort Collins (homeless) was arrested for warrants: COCCA, Habitual Criminal, 2 counts Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substance, and Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substance. Bond is $50,000.

Daniel Lee Saighman (05/30/1975) of Fort Collins was arrested for a warrant: Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substance. Bond was $3,500 and he was released today.

Antonio Andrew Giron (12/06/2000) of Fort Collins was arrested for warrants: DUI and Driving Under Restraint. Total bond was $200 and he was released yesterday.

Antonio Jose Giron (02/13/1976) of Fort Collins was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was $175 and he was released yesterday.''

Meth, heroin, mushrooms, fentanyl, and cocaine were allegedly seized, as were counterfeit money, a stolen SKS semi-automatic rifle, several handguns, another firearm that was missing a serial number and narcotics distribution materials.

The post says the investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected. According to the post, several of the people arrested are career criminals,
