Since Hollywood Theaters took over Laramie's Fox Theater this summer there have been significant changes. From the renovations inside and out to the selections available at the concessions stand, the new management has made it pretty clear that they are doing the best they can to provide what their customers want. This week they're even offering a couple of advance screenings.

Although they do not open nationwide until Friday, Laramie movie goers will have the chance to see "Gangster Squad" and "Zero Dark Thirty" on Thursday night. Both advance screenings will be at 10 p.m. with the regular price of admission. This is a special event set up by the studios, so there is no indication as to whether the Fox will host more advance screenings or not.

The theater will also be showing "Lincoln" starting on Friday. Apparently, it took a while to convince the studio that it was worth it to show this critically-acclaimed film in Laramie, but they finally won the battle. Of course, this surge in movies means that several others will be leaving. The last chance to see "Django Unchained", "This is 40" and "Parental Guidance" is on Thursday night. You can check the showtimes here.
