Robertson Issues Statement With ''Gratitude Beyond Reproach"

He's now expressing his gratitude for those who helped in his safe return, according to a statement posted on the Albany County Sheriff's Office Facebook page:

"Southeast Wyoming and Northern Colorado First Responders and Friends: I want to thank each and every one of you for your professionalism, concern, dedicated time and energy, and assistance to each other during my August debacle across our border with Colorado Your efforts are sincerely appreciated, and I am grateful beyond reproach. I have said to many folks over the years, I can count my friends on one hand. I was wrong. There are hundreds (to thousands) of you who are friends. Some of you I have shaken your hand and for others, I will make it a goal of mine to shake your hand so as to achieve my objective of all my friends on one hand.
With all humility and thanks,
Dr. Ken Robertson
Laramie, Wyoming"
