Laramie Family Name Sweeps Gridiron Gold
Gridiron Gold is well underway for the 2015 pro football season from KOWB and Modern Printing.
Week 5 of Gridiron Gold brought about something unusual. The prize winners came from the same family name.
There were five entry cards tied for the top spot with one incorrect pick. Out of those five, only two selected Pittsburgh to win the Monday Night Football tie-breaker game. Thus, it went to the point's tie-breaker again.
First place, thanks to being the closer entry card on the point's tie-breaker, goes to Laramie's Cirilia Coca. She wins the $50 prize.
Second place and $25 was won by Laramie's Joe Coca.
In its' 30th year, Gridiron Gold is the weekly pro football pick 'em contest that gives you a chance to win $5000 each week. We just got started, so there's many more chances to win.
The best card each week wins $50, while second place receives $25.
Pick the pro games on the card each week, fill out all the required information and turn in your card by noon on Saturday's to the Gridiron Gold drop box located at McDonald's at the corner of 30th Street and Grand Avenue. You can find complete contest rules on the back of the card each week.
