Laramie Bike Racks

The new bike racks in downtown Laramie have created a conversation piece for locals and tourists alike.

Laramie cyclists can now secure their bikes to a variety of wildlife and locomotive designs outside downtown businesses.

While I am a big fan of these, I have heard three varying opinions about the bike racks... they people that love them, the people that don't care, and the people that wish the cash would have gone to something else... like potholes.
