Police say the joint SWAT team tried to arrest Carabajal at a home in the 1000 block of West Leisher Road around 6:15 p.m. but were unsuccessful.

Due to the nature of the call, there was a heavy law enforcement presence in the area, and as of 9:32 p.m., the area was still being cleared.

Anyone with information on Carabajal's whereabouts is asked to call the Laramie County Combined Communications Center at 307-637-6525.
