While the next few days will continue a recent trend of unseasonably warm and dry weather, it looks like Cheyenne and Laramie could see snow in a few days.

That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following forecast for Cheyenne and Laramie:

Mostly sunny, with a temperature rising to near 58 by 11am, then falling to around 51 during the remainder of the day. Windy, with a west wind 20 to 30 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

Widespread frost between 10pm and 4am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 30. North wind 5 to 15 mph becoming south southwest after midnight.

Sunny, with a high near 61. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph.

What About Halloween?

On Wednesday asked Don Day, founder and President of Dayweather Inc. in Cheyenne about the outlook for Halloween. Here is what he wrote:

''No specifics yet but it does look pretty chilly at the moment it will snow some next week but timing is tricky.''
