Poll: Do You Wear Western Clothes For Cheyenne Frontier Days?

Cheyenne Frontier Days 2023 is fast approaching.

That means you'll be seeing a plethora of cowboy hats, boots, and blue jeans on the streets of Cheyenne.

Of course, this is the Cowboy State, and lots of folks wear some or all of those items year-round.

Having said that there is little doubt that the prevalence during CFD of those items goes way up. Sometimes you can tell the folks who do it just for Frontier Days by whether the Western attire looks all brand new or well-worn.

Be that as it may, the fact is that many people dress up like cowboys during the 10-day event, while many others dress as they always do.

Some employers encourage Western attire during Frontier Days for those who deal with the public. Other people do it to support the event even if they don't the rest of the year. But a lot of folks don't do it at all.
