UPDATE 12:20 P.M.: Cheyenne Police Spokeswoman Alex Farkas says a search of the South Cheyenne Walmart has found no bomb and that the store would reopen within half an hour or so.

A post on the CPD Facebook page offered details of the incident:

UPDATE: At approximately 11:09 a.m. Cheyenne Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a bomb threat at Walmart located at 580 Livingston Avenue. An employee found a threatening note in the bathroom and reported the information to law enforcement.
The building was evacuated, and officers responded immediately to begin clearing. A K9 team specializing in explosive detection from the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office was also called in to sniff search the building.
The building was cleared to reopen after no bomb was found.

UPDATE: Cheyenne Police Officers are currently responding to a bomb threat at the Walmart on Livingston Avenue.
Due to the nature of the call there is a heavy law enforcement presence in the area. Specialty units are working to clear the building, which has been evacuated. Please avoid the area. Additional details will be provided as more information becomes available.
