It's June 5. The calendar may not officially say it's summer yet,  but with temperatures hitting the mid-to-upper 80s--it's summer.

Summers in Wyoming are short. They also offer the best chance to get out and enjoy Wyoming's great outdoors without facing the wind and snow.

Hiking, fishing, camping, photography, you can find it all in the Cowboy State over the next couple of months.

If you are a rodeo fan, the world's largest outdoor rodeo happens the last week of July in Cheyenne. People come from all over the country for the Daddy of 'em All. Along with that, a night show lineup features entertainers ranging from Eric Church And Lainey Wilson to Machine Gun Kelly.

It's also summer vacation time for a lot of folks. Time to hit the highways or the friendly skies for just about anywhere you care to go and have the time and the money for. Destinations near and far, memories are made and good times are had.

Or maybe you enjoy backyard cookouts, the Fourth of July, and family gatherings.

it's also the time of year for yardwork and home improvements. Is that how you use our warm weather?
