Large Hail, Gusty Winds Possible In SE Wyoming This Week
There is good news and bad news in the weather forecast for southeast Wyoming this week.
The good news is that it looks like we can expect some needed precipitation.. The bad news is that along with that we have strong winds and large hail in the forecast.
That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following on it's website:

The seasons are changing! Wednesday will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms, some of which may have the potential to bring gusty winds, large hail, and locally heavy rainfall. Stay tuned for more information in the coming day
But the good news is that some much needed precipitation is also on the way:

A slight chance of showers before 3pm, then a slight chance of showers after 4pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 62. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight
A 30 percent chance of showers before midnight. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 34. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south in the evening.
Wednesday
Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between noon and 3pm, then showers likely after 3pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 63. North wind 5 to 15 mph becoming south southeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before midnight, then a chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

A chance of showers, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after noon. High near 56. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
