Is Wyoming Jail Haunted? Soda Can Seems To Move Itself In Video
The Sweetwater County Sheriff's Office recently posted a video of a soda can that seemed to move for no apparent reason as a deputy was hard at work in the Sweetwater County Jail.[See video below].
That's according to a post on the Sweetwater County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
In the words of the post "While hard at work at his desk in booking last night, Deputy Gross had a surprise visitor—a soda can that suddenly and inexplicably slid several inches across the table toward him.

No bumps, no drafts, no logical explanation."
The post also adds that this isn't the first time unusual events happened at the jail, adding ''over the years—many employees have reported similar strange occurrences and speculated the jail is haunted.''
Not Everyone Thinks Ghosts Are To Blame
But not all commenters on the post thought the event was paranormal at all.
Several people thought condensation was in play, with the condensed water on the can making for a slippery surface. As one person said it could be caused by hydroplaning.
A couple of people mentioned ground vibrations, such as might be caused by a large truck passing by, as an explanation
One commenter, presumably in jest, blamed aliens.
But others were not so quick to discount the supernatural as a factor. One person said that quite a few buildings in the area seem to be prone to paranormal events. The Sweetwater County Library in Green River has long been rumored to be haunted, although other local residents say that legend is the product of overactive imaginations and the small town rumor mill.
So what do you think? Ghosts? Condensation? Ground vibrations? Aliens? Watch the video and draw your own conclusions!
