According to a fatality crash summary, Tanner Wolfe was behind the wheel of a northbound Honda Accord when the car left the asphalt to the east.

Wolfe reportedly corrected back to the west, then overcorrected back to the east, going off the highway in a counterclockwise manner.

"The vehicle entered a small ditch and began a driver-side slide into a gas meter with metal protection around it," the summary reads. "The vehicle then rolled and continued to spin, coming to rest in a driveway access facing west, on the vehicle's wheels."

Sadly, Wolfe, who was not wearing a seat belt, did not survive the crash.

Speed, Driver Inattention Possibly to Blame

The summary lists speed and driver inattention as possible contributing factors.

There have been 75 reported fatal crashes in Wyoming this year, resulting in 83 deaths.
