Two Wyomingites were killed and another person injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash north of Newcastle Friday night, officials say.

The crash happened around 10 p.m. at milepost 16 on Oil Creek Road.

According to a fatality crash summary from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the three were traveling in a Jeep when the driver went off the right side of the road.

"(The Jeep) vaulted off an embankment, traveling 76 feet through the air," the summary reads. "Upon impact, the vehicle tripped and rolled multiple times."

Sadly, 31-year-old Dalton Schrader and 26-year-old Ethan Schuessler, neither of whom were reportedly wearing a seat belt, didn't survive their injuries.

The third occupant was also reportedly injured, but the summary doesn't say to what extent.
