
Torrington Woman Gets 21 Months for Trafficking Meth
A 33-year-old Torrington woman who made a brief appearance on Laramie County's "Most Wanted" list last June has been sentenced to 21 months in federal prison for the distribution of methamphetamine, the United States Attorney's Office announced Friday.
Controlled Purchases Result in 132.72 Grams of Meth
According to court documents, in January and February of 2024, agents with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation conducted multiple controlled purchases from Heather Kathline Harker, resulting in a total of 132.72 grams of methamphetamine.

Harker Added to Laramie County's 'Most Wanted' List, Arrested Next Day
On June 13, 2024, the Laramie County Sheriff's Office added Harker to their "Most Wanted" list.

She was picked up in Torrington the following day, and on June 20, 2024, transported from the Goshen County Detention Center to the Laramie County Detention Center on two Laramie County Circuit Court warrants.

The first warrant was for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and manufacture or delivery of methamphetamine, and was signed by Judge Sean C. Chambers on May 30, 2024.
The second warrant was for revocation of bond on original charges of DUI, failure to maintain a single lane, speeding, and failure to wear a seat belt, and was signed by Judge Antoinette Williams on June 6, 2024.
Case Goes Federal
Harker entered federal custody on Sept. 13, 2024, was indicted five days later, and pled guilty on Nov. 21, 2024.
U.S. District Court Judge Kelly H. Rankin imposed the sentence on Feb. 5.
Harker will be subject to three years of supervised release once she's released from prison.
