Deputy Spots Man With Albany County Warrant, Suspended Driver's License
According to a booking sheet, 44-year-old Richard Michael Sawinski was driving westbound on Dell Range Boulevard at 6:27 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12 when the deputy spotted him.

The deputy says he knew Sawinski had a felony warrant out of Albany County for failure to appear on an original charge of burglary as well as a suspended driver's license, so he stopped him at Dell Range Boulevard and Windmill Road.
Driving Without an Interlock Device
The deputy says when he contacted Sawinski, who's required to have an ignition interlock device, he noticed there wasn't one installed in the vehicle.
Sawinski was subsequently arrested on his warrant as well as misdemeanor charges of driving under suspension - subsequent violations and driving without an interlock device.
Sawinski was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center and booked without issue.
Please remember that all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
