Batchelor was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center and later charged with felony possession of marijuana, felony possession with intent to deliver, and misdemeanor turn signal.

After reportedly being uncooperative, Batchelor finally made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Thursday, Dec. 12.
