Four more Cheyenne residents on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's 10 Most Wanted list have been captured.

According to booking sheets, 36-year-old Frank Jay Hardy Jr., 29-year-old Jessey Michelle Smith, and 54-year-old Stacey Raymond Walter were taken into custody yesterday, July 4, and 66-year-old Larry Dean Washington was taken into custody on July 3.

Hardy was booked on a District Court warrant for failing to appear for a plea hearing on May 25, 2023.

Smith was booked on three warrants -- a failure to comply warrant signed by Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams on Nov. 7, 2022, a failure to appear warrant signed by District Court Judge Peter Froelicher on Jan. 12, 2023, and a failure to appear warrant signed by Williams on May 22, 2023.

Walter was booked on a District Court warrant for revocation of bond on original charges of felony theft, conspiracy, and criminal trespass.

And Washington was booked on two warrants -- a felony warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor warrant for simple battery.

Washington made his initial appearance in Circuit Court Wednesday morning. His bond was set at $10,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 14 at 9 a.m.

Hardy's, Smith's, and Walter's next court appearances have yet to be scheduled.

The Sheriff's Office is still looking for five people on their list -- Ashley Bennett, Clayton Crane, Bryon Edwards, Jarod James Munoz, and Erik Woolley.
