The Top 5 Most Popular TV Shows Wyomingites Watch
Watching TV is quite a bit different than before streaming was a thing. Sitting down and watching your favorite sitcom or drama series was something you had to plan out and make sure you could fit into your busy schedule.
Now you can get those shows with a click of a button, and watch them whenever you'd like. It's a game-changer for those with busy, or odd schedules. You can still watch your shows and be caught up within a couple of days.
According to research, it's not likely that 'old-school' T.V. will ever go away, but there has already been a decline in the younger generations. 61% of young adults between the ages of 18-29 say they've never had a cable subscription, and streaming is all they've used.
With how streaming T.V. works, networks can see how, when, where, and for how long the average user is watching their shows. This makes it easier to see which shows they need to keep around and which ones to scrap, which isn't always pleasant for viewers.
It wasn't long ago, that we found out that the show 'Joe Pickett', based on the CJ Box book series and set in Wyoming, was getting canceled. To many of us here in Wyoming, that was a big bummer, but the networks know what's working and popular.
