LARAMIE -- Wyoming Volleyball Head Coach Kaylee Prigge has announced the signings of a pair of transfer student-athletes who will be joining the Cowgirls in the fall.

Holly Eastridge, who graduated this spring from South Carolina and Sonte Stewart, who is a transfer from Florida Atlantic, have both signed their National Letters of Intent. Eastridge is a native of Avon, Indiana while Stewart hails from Gilroy, California.

Eastridge, a 6-3 right side hitter, spent four seasons with the Gamecocks, including playing in every set in the 2020-21 season. A three-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree, Eastridge appeared in 43 career matches and tallied 114 kills.

Eastridge also recorded 55 total blocks while at South Carolina. During her prep career, Eastridge was a four-time all-county honoree, was named all-conference three times and was an all-district selection her junior and senior seasons. Eastridge was a USAV Club All-America in 2017 with her U17 team.

Stewart, who is a 6-0, right side and outside hitter, spent the past three seasons with the Owls of FAU. This past season, Stewart appeared in 27 sets and 15 matches while recording 19 kills, five blocks and five assists.

For her career at FAU, Stewart appeared in 48 matches, had 97 kills and 24 total blocks. In high school, Stewart was a First Team All-League selection and was the captain of both her high school and club teams.

The duo joins five previous signees from the fall. The high school commitments for the Cowgirls are Peyton Carruth (Casper), Sierra Grizzle (Boise), Paige Lauterwasser (Naperville, Ill.), Abi Miller (Casper) and Evelyn Udezue (Laramie).
