You failed to answer the second part of the question from Friday's "Ask the City". Snow is pushed from the lot onto 28th Street, is this legal?

"It is not legal. Per City of Laramie Municipal Code, Section 12.08.10, "No person shall cause or permit snow, ice, or other debris to be deposited on a public right of way." If you see this snow removal practice occurring, please call dispatch at 307-721-2526. You could also contact the Albany County School District regarding the plowing practices of their school parking lots."
