Have You Ever Come Across This Bug In Wyoming?

Most of us are not very fond of bugs or things that fly and have stingers on their rear ends. I always hated finding a new species living in my basement when I was growing up.

What is this nightmare's name? Big horns, Wyoming

But this photo that I found on Reddit gives me a whole new list of reasons to not go aimlessly running around in our backwoods any time soon. It was found up in the Big Horns.

Since I am no bug/animal expert I refer myself back to you in hopes that you can help identify this curious creature.
