This isn't how the company safety meeting was supposed to end. A 30-year-old Greeley man is facing felony assault charges after storming into a restroom at Freedom Drilling Services and punching a co-worker who was sitting on the toilet.

Logan Baker began arguing with a colleague during a safety meeting earlier this month, according to the Greeley Tribune. After the meeting, Baker followed his co-worker into the men's room, busted through the stall door, and repeatedly punched him in the face.

The victim suffered a broken nose along with a swollen eye and cheekbone. Baker was told by a supervisor to leave following the incident and was later arrested and charged with felony second-degree assault. Baker is also facing charges of sexual assault on a child and felony vehicular eluding from two prior arrests. If convicted of the latest assault, he could face up to six years in prison.
