CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Dressing up in Western fashion is a big part of Cheyenne Frontier Days, which is back on for 2021 after being canceled by the coronavirus in 2020.
Devon Von Krosigk says because last year’s event didn’t happen, this is the year for her customers to “go big or go home.”
Von Krosigk owns the Desperado Depot Western wear store in Cheyenne. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that besides the usual Western clothes, Von Krosigk has stocked clear bags with leather fringe and straps.
Frontier Days has a new policy requiring people to use clear bags so that items brought in can be inspected.
