Felony Theft In Laramie

On March 20 around 4:03 p.m., Laramie Police Officers arrested 27-year-old Reanna Nabb for Felony Theft.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation into multiple thefts occurring in the 4300 block of Grand Avenue during January and February 2022.

Wyoming Statute 6-3-402(a)(c)(i) states a person is guilty of theft if he knowingly takes, obtains, procures, retains, or exercises control over or makes an unauthorized transfer of an interest in the property of another person without authorization or by threat or by deception.

Felony Theft is punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars, or both.
