Ezell Hires Natalie Baker as Director of Operations

LARAMIE -- Wyoming Cowgirl head coach Heather Ezell has announced the hiring of Natalie Baker, who will be joining the Cowgirls beginning this season as the Director of Basketball Operations.
A former Cowgirl, Baker graduated in 2018 with her degree in Business Management and Consulting before earning her Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa in 2020.
A multiple-time letterwinner and Mountain West All-Academic honoree, Baker is 18th in program history with 109 career made 3-pointers while her 522 career rebounds rank 23rd all-time.
As a senior at Chaparral High School, Baker was selected CCA 5A All-State, Denver Post 5A All-State Honorable Mention, First Team All-Continental League and All-South Metro Team after averaging nearly 15 points and a league-leading 9.8 rebounds per game.

Prior to her return to Laramie, the Parker, Colorado native spent time coaching at Regis Jesuit High School while living and working in Colorado.
Ryan Larsen remains the associate head coach on Ezell's staff and another former Cowgirl, Fallon Lewis, will serve as an assistant coach for the fourth straight season.
Brooke Atkinson enters her first season on the sidelines in Laramie. She spent the previous five seasons as the head coach at New Mexico State University.
Ezell was named the eighth head coach in UW history on March 25, replacing Gerald Mattinson after spending the previous seven seasons in the program.
