7220 is happy to be hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner on November 20th at 6:00pm in the Union Ballroom. Food will be provided by the University of Wyoming Catering & Events services. Students MUST bring ID and non-students MUST bring 3 canned goods for the Laramie Soup Kitchen. The meal includes all holiday favorites such as turkey, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, pie, and much more!
The movie The Grinch will be playing during the dinner. “The Grinch, based on Dr. Seuss’ beloved holiday classic, tells the story of a cynical grump who goes on a mission to steal Christmas, only to have his heart changed by a young girl’s generous holiday spirit.” (The Grinch, IMDB).
Everyone is encouraged to bring canned goods for the Laramie Soup Kitchen! Common items to be donated can be found at https://www.laramiesoupkitchen.org/wish-list.
The 7220 Entertainment Club Events Committee will be hosting the Thanksgiving Dinner and meets on Mondays at 5:00 p.m. in the Campus Activities Center (Union 012) during the school year.
