StudioWYO Presents: Jazz Jam Night w/ The Lora Sherrodd Quartet

This week at StudioWYO, the Lora Sherrodd Quartet is bringing their jazzy magic to the Gardens and invites anyone to hop in and jam along with them.

For the first hour of the evening, the members of the Lora Sherrodd Quartet – Lora, Connor Koch, Larry Shaw, and Dillan Spence - will supply the tunes. But for the second half of the evening, anyone is welcome to sign up and join in for some improvisation with the band. Bring your voice or your instrument along for a night of great comradery and creativity!

Lora Sherrodd is a jazz vocalist and singer-songwriter based in Laramie, where she is working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Music at UWYO. In addition to performing in university ensembles, Lora performs locally as a solo artist and in many other groups such as the D.S Initiative, The Lora Sherrodd Quintet and Lora Sherrodd and Friends. She is featured on the University Of Wyoming's Winds of the Snowy's album and recently released her first ever jazz album, 287, this past September.
