Saturday, May 4 is the day to begin planning to make the most of the short Wyoming summer by joining us for A Spring Thing: From Guns to Roses.
All day at the Platte Valley Community Center. Visit with vendors and organizations who have the gear, advice and ideas you’re looking for! Enjoy workshops on topics ranging from making your yard more inviting to birds and wildlife, to foraging for AND cultivating delicious wild mushrooms, to gourmet camp cuisine! Learn about preserving the fruits and veggies from your garden and maybe some new gardening techniques! Bring the kids for special activities including seedling potting and building and flying their very own kites! Enjoy a meal from area food trucks while you check out the latest outdoor vehicles! You might even find a new hobby.
