Hardy was also being sought on two warrants out of Laramie County on original charges of possession of a controlled substance.
When the two were being booked into jail, a deputy reportedly found three small baggies containing 18.3 grams of methamphetamine in Rench's bra.
Rench claimed two of the baggies belonged to her and the larger one belonged to Hardy.
She also stated that Hardy told her he had no money and was planning on meeting an unknown person at the Motel 6 in Cheyenne at a specific time.
Hardy is set to go to trial on Jan. 14 on conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, felony delivery of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and felony possession of methamphetamine charges.
If convicted on all four counts, he could face up to 67 years in prison.
