Chris Culross of Laramie running for House District No. 14 as a Republican candidate.

Culross came to Wyoming on his first U.S. Air Force assignment at F.E. Warren in Cheyenne. He met his wife, who is a Wyoming native, in Laramie and graduated from the University of Wyoming.

He decided to return to Laramie after he retired from the military in 2017.

During his military career, Culross was honored to deploy as a military police officer in support of the Khobar Towers bombing in 1996, as well as to the Middle East in response to 9/11. He led airmen both stateside and on deployments in Iraq and Afganistan.

Culross holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Wyoming and an associate of applied science degrees in criminal justice, human resources management, and emergency management.

Culross also holds a Federal Firearms License and owns a Laramie small business. His firearms manufacturing business specializes in custom AR-15 and AR-10 platform builds.

If elected, he would work tirelessly to uphold the Wyoming values of integrity, equality, and independence, as he is passionate about the U.S. and Wyoming Constitutions and individual rights.

He states “the legislature needs to come together, regardless of party or personal beliefs, to do what is right for the prosperity of Wyoming.”
