Cheyenne Man Wanted for DUI Probation Violation Arrested

A Cheyenne man who eluded authorities for nearly eight months is now behind bars.

According to arrest records, 43-year-old Adam Paul Rainwater was taken into custody at his home in the 800 block of W. 26th Street around 1:30 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday).

Rainwater was being sought on a felony probation violation warrant stemming from his fourth DUI offense.

Rainwater is scheduled to appear before Laramie County District Court Judge Thomas Campbell on Jan. 26 at 9 a.m.
