Cheerleading Couple Gets Engaged On Stage At Cowboy Kickoff Concert & Pep Rally [VIDEO]
There is magic in the air at the 2015 Cowboy Kickoff Concert Pep Rally. This is a special day for country fans and football fans. This day is even more special for a couple young UW students.
It was a sweet affair to witness. Two young students announced their love to thousands of people on one of the biggest stages in Laramie. Spoiler Alert! She said yes!
