Big Events Are On The Local Sports Calendar September 25

The post-season is here for a couple of high school teams, while two University of Wyoming teams begin action in the Mountain West Conference.

Laramie is playing host to the High School State Golf Championships for class 4A and the South Regional Tennis Championships this weekend. The other three LHS squads are in action out of town.

From UW, the Cowgirl volleyball and soccer teams will both start play in the Mountain West Conference. Soccer is back at home for the first time in more than a month, while volleyball opens the league slate on the road. Also, Cowgirl tennis and both golf teams are in action.
