Wyoming Technical Institute in Laramie has announced that 22 employees have been laid off. WyoTech is a part of Corinthian Colleges Incorporated who owns and operates six campuses nationwide. The staff reduction now leaves WyoTech with 203 employees.

The reduction in staff members include five academic support employees, eight instructors and nine administrative employees. On a national level Corinthian Colleges Inc. laid off 325 employees. According to Corinthian Colleges Spokeswoman Camee Edelbrock, “WyoTech students should not notice a reduction in services due to the staffing cuts.”
