For Wyoming Quarterback Josh Allen the start of Fall Camp couldn’t get here soon enough. The Cowboys began Monday and will continue over the next four weeks.

Allen was in the spotlight throughout the off-season, but he wants to get back to what he knows best, playing football.

Allen stressed that point, talked about his confidence in the Cowboys’ offense, his off-season focus with Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator Brent Vigen and more.

The junior is one of 15 returning starters and 48 lettermen that return from last year’s team that went 8-6 overall and 6-2 in the Mountain West.

The Pokes have gone through two official practice and their third and fourth on Wednesday and Thursday will be in helmets with shoulder pads. The first full-padded training session is Friday.
