A Superior, Wyoming teen is dead following a single-vehicle rollover about 41 miles east of Farson Saturday evening.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Wyatt Kalivas was headed south on Fremont County Road 446 (the Lander cut-off road) shortly before 8 p.m., when he lost control of his pickup and rolled.

Kalivas was not wearing his seat belt, was thrown from the pickup and died on scene.

A 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old female, both from Rock Springs, were also in the truck during the crash. Both were treated on scene and required no further medical assistance.

The Patrol says speed and driver inattention are being investigated as contributing factors in the crash.
